本日の稽古から：正面打ちからの足取り
下の動画は正面打ちから四方投げに行くかと思いきや、足取りにスイッチした型。四方投げは相手の上半身に仕掛けますが、そこから相手と同じ方向を向いて重心を落とすだけで別の技に移行できる好例。

The movie below is Legsweep from front attack. The first move looks like Shiho-nage but if you face same direction with your opponent and lower the weigh center, you can switch easily to Legsweep.

お花見2018の告知！
東京では今週末のうちにも桜の開花宣言が出そうな勢いで、来週3/24（土）が満開予想！これに合わせて我々も来週の稽古後にお花見を行います。ゲストも飛び入りも大歓迎！参加希望者はぜひ当Blogに書き込みをお願いします。アドレスを残していただければ連絡しますので。そういえば、稽古が始まる前に1階ロビーで日本語で一生懸命会話している素敵なカップルがいたのでお花見のチラシを渡しておきました。Miss台湾とMr.オハイオ、また会えることを願っています！

9:00-10:15 居合道稽古
10:15-12:00 合気道稽古
(登録団体名は「住商正和会」になります)
もちろんお花見だけの参加も歓迎！池袋スポーツセンター1階ロビーに12：00においでください
12:00-14:30 お花見！（経費は1,000円強/人、“越の景虎 名水仕込の特別純米酒”あります！常温で飲むのに最適！）

Announcement of O-hanami2018!
Cherry blossom in Tokyo is expected to bloom during this weekend and the full bloom is expected to be on 24. March. We have O-hanami (Picnic under Cherry blossom) on this day after the training. We heartily welcome guests and visitors to this once a year big event! Please leave your comment and address to this Blog. I will contact you and send details. Incidentally I met lovely couple at the lobby before the training this morning. Miss Taiwan, and Mr. Ohio, we hope we can see you again!
O-Hanami 2018: Picnic under Cherry blossom

Cherry flowers bloom above unspoken secret
On every Saturday morning，we have an Aiki-do exercise in Ikebukuro Sports Center，north side of Ikebukuro．And after an exercise，we go and get drink under Cherry blossom，in the season of Cherry bloom every year．Yes！The wonderful time is coming close again．The full bloom is expected to be 24. March. And we hold our o-hanami party on the same day!
This is a chance of making new friends and trying special Sake! I already prepared Niigata special “越の景虎 特別純米”, taste best at warm drink.
Please come and join us!
And you can bring your family and friends!
